All appointments are very important to us and we will always try to fit you in where possible. However, we would be very grateful if all clients would give at least 48hrs notice for any cancellations. Failure to give this notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment booked, which is in line with industry standard. Further bookings can be made upon payment of the cancellation charge.

We realise there are instances when a cancellation cannot be avoided but unfortunately at such short notice it is always difficult for us to then fill the empty slot, which results in earnings lost. We have implemented this policy due to being a small business and every last minute cancellation affects our business. No show's incur 100% cost of appointment charge.
